GST (Goods & Services Tax)
In accordance with the GST guidelines, Comsol Pty Ltd have registered for an Australian Business Number (ABN) and GST and have been issued the following:
From the 1st July 2000 Comsol Pty Ltd will be issuing 'Tax Invoices' and 'Adjustment Notes' which will satisfy the new legislative requirements. These invoices will state our ABN, the GST exclusive amount, the GST component and the GST inclusive amount.
Comsol Pty Ltd will also be complying with the Australian Consumer and Competition Commission (ACCC) guidelines with regard to pricing.
Delivery & Freight Charges
- Up to 20kg $10.00 + GST
- Orders received before 2:30pm will be despatched same business day
- Up to 20kg $10.00 + GST
- Orders received before 3:00PM will be delivered the following business day
- Priority Delivery available, charges quoted per request
Regional & Interstate:
- Up to 20kg $18.00 + GST
- Orders received before 2:30PM will be despatched same day
Air Freight options can be quoted if required. Depending on the delivery location this service is either overnight or 1 – 2 business days.

Orders must be placed and freight confirmed prior to 12pm to enable despatch same day.
Direct Delivery Charges:
Comsol Pty Ltd also offer a Direct Delivery service. This service ensures that goods are shipped with no pricing information. Extra steps are taken by our team to prevent any pricing information from being sent to your Customer. Proof of Delivery (POD) can also be provided on request. Please mark clearly on your order - "Direct Delivery - no paperwork". Comsol Pty Ltd reserve the right to charge for PODs where goods have been delivered on time by our courier or where the incorrect delivery details have been supplied. Direct Deliveries returned to Comsol Pty Ltd as undeliverable will incur a further delivery charge.
All orders received after cut off times will be treated with the utmost urgency and every effort will be made to despatch same day. All orders received before our advertised cut off times that cannot be despatched will be advised by phone, fax or email.
Orders received without clear delivery instructions will be despatched via Comsol Pty Ltd's carrier and a freight charge will be added to the invoice. ** Melbourne rates only apply to customers based in Melbourne
Minimum Order Policy
If your order does not meet the $50.00 minimum (including freight & GST) we will call or email you to reconfirm our policy with you and request you add products to your order to meet the minimum amount. Alternatively, we can process your order with a $20ex gst surcharge. Should this not be accepted, unfortunately your order won't be processed.
Goods Returned for Credit
Comsol Pty Ltd has a 30 day money back guarantee on all standard stock products excluding special orders.
Goods returned after 30 days may be refused at Comsol Pty Ltd's discretion. If goods are accepted, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Freight charged on the original invoice will not be credited on returned goods.
An RA# (return authorisation number) must be obtained from our customer service department before any goods are returned. This RA# must be clearly written on shipping label, NOT ON THE PRODUCT PACKAGING, and a copy of the original invoice must be supplied.
If an RA# can't be identified Comsol Pty Ltd will be unable to accept delivery.
Goods should be properly packaged for return as goods damaged in transit will not be accepted.
Comsol Pty Ltd is unable to accept any returned goods that are not in their unmarked original packaging and in complete "as new" condition.
An RA# does not guarantee either credit or replacement. It is simply an authorisation to return goods to Comsol Pty Ltd.
General Warranty Policy
Comsol Pty Ltd provides a 12 month warranty on all products unless specified in the manufacturer's warranty
Goods returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced at Comsol Pty Ltd's discretion.
Cost of returning goods to Comsol Pty Ltd under warranty is the sender's responsibility. Return of goods to the customer is at the expense of Comsol Pty Ltd.
An RA# must be obtained from our customer service department before any goods are returned. Comsol Pty Ltd will void warranty on any product that has been mishandled, modified or interfered with by unauthorised personnel. The removal of any factory seals, serial numbers or warranty stickers will also void warranty.

No property in or title to any products shall pass to the customer until the full price has been duly paid to and receipted in cleared funds by Comsol Pty Ltd. Ownership of products delivered by Comsol Pty Ltd will only be transferred to the customer when all moneys owing to Comsol Pty Ltd have been paid in full.
