FAQ
A: This adapter will support dual monitors on Intel based MacBook's. On newer M1 & M2 based MacBook's, the MacOS only supports one external monitor. Apple only support multiple monitors on MacBook's with the M1 Pro & M1 Max Chip. If you have a MacBook with a new M1 or M2 chip and need multiple monitors please try our new KCMPH2DL
Q: I have the LAN port connected but I cant access the Internet
A: Check the LED lights on the RJ45 port, if your green LED is illuminated you have a successful connection to your network. If you have this green light but no yellow light which shows activity check your network adapter, router or contact your ISP to ensure your Internet connection is active
Q: The adapter is connected but is unresponsive, what should I do?
A: Sometimes after a longer period of inactivity the sleep function may not wake up in normal way. In this case, or if the adapter becomes unresponsive, first try unplugging and re plugging the USB-C connection, if this fails, disconnect the adapter from the power and re boot your system, if you are still having problems please contact Comsol support
