A: Although Windows and ChromeOS have DisplayLink Drivers natively installed in the Operating system they may need updating. When you plug in a DisplayLink product and get no display then always update to the Latest Drivers Here
first. In 99% of cases, once these are updated your displays will work. If you are a MacOS user then refer to the section of the User Manual that explains how to install the DisplayLink Manager. A: Check the LED lights on the RJ45 port, if your green LED is illuminated you have a successful connection to your network. A: Sometimes after a longer period of inactivity the sleep function may not wake up in normal way. A: Right click the mouse on your desktop and select “Display Settings” In this App, scroll down to find the “Multiple Displays” dropdown menu and select the “Extend desktop to this display” option. This app is where you can also select your desired resolution of your display and in the "Advanced Display Settings” you can also select your desired screen refresh rateQ: This dock has 4 Display outputs, can I use them all?
A: This dock supports a maximum of 2 external displays at one time. You can run any combination of 2 x HDMI, 2 x DisplayPort or 1 of eachQ: Does the Power Pass through function work when I use the USB-C to USB-A cable as the host connection?
