FREE DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Free delivery offers available for orders processed between 00:01am AEST, Friday 1st March 2024 till 14:00pm AEST, Friday 29th March 2024. Orders received after 14:00pm AEST, Friday 29th March 2024 will not qualify for free delivery & orders will be dispatched on Monday 1st April 2024.

Minimum Order Policy:

For free delivery, minimum order spend is $200 ex GST in one transaction after all savings and discounts have been applied. The standard terms & conditions will apply for orders under the minimum free freight spend.

Delivery Time Frame:

Free delivery will apply to most regions of Australia. If certain regions of Australia that may require involving an alternate courier company. Unfortunately, this may result in additional charges for delivery & handling.

If there is an additional charge for delivery & handling, we will contact you once your order is made online and discuss any charges where applicable. You can either approve to go ahead with your order, or cancel the order with no obligation.

Free delivery does not apply to air services, same day deliveries & priority deliveries, charges will apply.

Melbourne Metro**:
◦ Up to 20kg
◦ Orders received before 2:30pm will be despatched same business day

Sydney Metro: Up to 20kg
◦ Orders received before 3:00PM will be delivered the following business day

Regional & Interstate:
◦ Up to 20kg
◦ Orders received before 2:30pm will be despatched same business day
** Melbourne rates only apply to customers based in Melbourne

Direct Delivery:

Free delivery also applies to direct delivery services that meet the conditions above. This service ensures that goods are shipped with no pricing information. Extra steps are taken by our team to prevent any pricing information from being sent to your Customer. Proof of Delivery (POD) can also be provided on request. Please mark clearly on your order - "Direct Delivery - no paperwork". Comsol Pty Ltd reserve the right to charge for PODs where goods have been delivered on time by our courier or where the incorrect delivery details have been supplied. Direct Deliveries returned to Comsol Pty Ltd as undeliverable will incur a further delivery charge.

All orders received after cut off times will be treated with the utmost urgency and every effort will be made to dispatch same day. All orders received before our advertised cut off times that cannot be dispatched will be advised by phone, fax or email.

Orders received without clear delivery instructions will be dispatched via Comsol Pty Ltd's carrier.
